Hot AT&T/iPhone Tip
Since my friends started getting iPhones, I've been using SMS all the damn time. AT&T's website has been "temporarily" down for about a week so I finally clicked the online chat link in order to increase the number of SMS messages on my account.
It turns out for $5 you can get unlimited AT&T to AT&T messaging, which is perfect for me. The conversation with the online rep wasn't perfectly smooth, but in the end we worked it out.

Me: Right now I have 200 SMS messages. I want to increase that.
